Recruitment checks
The demo brings references, documents and outstanding checks into a candidate record, with an owner assigned to each task.
Early designs & demo screens
For a childcare provider, we've developed interactive demos showing how recruitment checks, induction and staff administration could work in one system.
We used the recruitment and staff checklist to map out the steps and responsibilities. The demos also cover buddy arrangements, training and leave planning. They give the team something to try and discuss before deciding what to build.
Let's talk about your club
The demo brings references, documents and outstanding checks into a candidate record, with an owner assigned to each task.
We designed a staff learning path with induction tasks, club information, training assignments and completion records.
Managers can try assigning a buddy, recording shared shifts and keeping notes from first-week check-ins.
The demos include leave requests, cover decisions, example balances and the staff details managers need to maintain.
Client names and branding have been removed, and these screens use demo records. No real staff records, child information or private club documents are shown. They are early demos, so messages and links to other systems are examples too.

We've proposed a discovery and design phase with the team. This would check our understanding of their processes, confirm what the system needs to do and set out the first phase of development.
The designs consider how the system could work alongside existing training and HR tools. Live connections and AI assistance would need to be agreed and built separately; the current demos simulate those actions.
For now, this work is at the early design and demo stage, with discovery proposed as the next step.
We can show you what we've built and talk through how you currently manage things. It's a chance to see whether a similar approach could be useful for your team.
